Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

Azuri will accept exchanges of products within 30 days of purchase if the garment is in the original condition, unworn and with all labels attached. 

  • Step 1: Email us at azuri_indianoceanapparel@gmail.com with your order number and state whether your wish to exchange or return the item.
  • Step 2: Goods to be returned at your own cost
  • Step 3: Once your return is received. Your new item will be sent to you at our cost
  • Returns & Exchanges on international deliveries done at customers expense

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Azuri will accept returns of full price products within 30 days of purchase if the garment is in the original condition, unworn and with all labels attached.

  • Step 1: Email us at azuri_indianoceanapparel@gmail.com with your order number and state whether your wish to exchange or return the item.
  • Step 2: Goods to be returned at your own cost
  • Step 3: Once your return is received and we are satisfied that it is in it's original condition, we will refund you with a store credit which can be redeemed online or in our physical store.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are in the form of a store credit / online voucher that can be redeemed online or in our physical store. This will be sent to the email address through which you contacted us.

In the case of incorrect products being delivered vs the original order placed, Azuri will collect and resend the correct products at our own cost.

FURTHER DETAIL

Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records.

This email will contain an order number at the top, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us at once if you notice any discrepancies to avoid any delays.

If you do not receive this email, contact us ASAP. Your email address may have been typed incorrectly or this email may have been filter by a SPAM blocker set on your email program.

In-stock orders will always be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment being received (does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays).

Azuri reserves the right to apply a delivery charge on any order if necessary. The purchaser will be notified prior to the processing of such order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays.

Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.

FAILED DELIVERY

Please notify Azuri upon placing your order, of any specific delivery times or instructions (within regular office hours / business days / delivery times and areas). Should the courier service not be able to complete a delivery at the address specified by the purchaser, either due to an incorrect delivery address or unavailability of purchaser or assigned persons to accept the parcel, within regular delivery times. Azuri may at its discretion charge the purchaser a delivery fee (equal to or lower than our standard delivery charges) for the subsequent delivery of the package.
